Introduction to Our CSR

CSR refers to the way in which businesses regulate themselves, ensuring that their activities positively affect society as a whole. Flat Space Art strives to meet the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Our Policy

Flat Space Art is a strong believer in running its business using the three fundamentals of People, Planet and Principles. Discussing each in turn:

People are at the forefront of our company, with Flat Space Art forging a digital relationship between Artists, collectors, and Employees, all of whom share an avid interest in the digital art market.

  • For Artists, our company offers a unique platform that advocates diversity and inclusion. While there is an artist application process, Flat Space Art believes in working with the very best art creators around, providing a supportive environment for our Artists to be safe and thrive.

  • For our Collectors, we promote customer feedback to maximise the satisfaction of our service and to tailor our site to your needs. Our company also ensures the safety of Collectors, frequently publishing blog articles on the NFT purchase process and how Collectors can be safe online whilst following our social media accounts. This helps us to maximise clear communication with our Collectors, whilst ensuring their safety and improving their user experience.

  • For our Employees, we provide a vibrant working environment that is dynamic and interesting for all our staff. Planet is also an important component that dictates the manner in which Flat Space Art is run. We’re committed to reducing our direct impact on the environment by actively managing our waste, emissions and consumption of natural resources.Our company uses digital marketing activities that keep our carbon footprint low. We also practice recycling, and our Employees travel into work by green means, either by walking, or using public transport. Principled attitudes and behaviour govern the way we deal with all the internal and external stakeholders linked to our business. We conduct our business relationships with integrity and courtesy, and we honour our trading commitments, both with Collectors and

Artists to ensure we build long-term relationships. Our ethical approach means that we and our stakeholders will:

  • Comply with applicable laws.

  • Operate in line with the Bribery Act 2010.

  • Commit to paying suppliers properly and on time.

  • Ensure neither slavery nor human trafficking takes place (ref Modern Slavery Act 2015) act in accordance with the applicable standards of environmental protection.
